COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
As is true of most websites, we gather some information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring and exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
We use this information to understand and analyze trends, to administer the site, to learn about user behavior on the site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. FlyKly may use this information in our marketing and advertising services.
In some of our email messages, we use a "click-through URL" linked to content on the FlyKly website. When customers click one of these URLs, they pass through a separate web server before arriving at the destination page on our website. We track this click-through data to help us determine interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our customer communications. If you prefer not to be tracked in this way, you should not click text or graphic links in the email messages.
Pixel tags enable us to send email messages in a format customers can read, and they tell us whether mail has been opened. We may use this information to reduce or eliminate messages sent to customers.
DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
At times FlyKly may make certain personal information available to strategic partners that work with FlyKly to provide products and services, or that help FlyKly market to customers. Personal information will only be shared by FlyKly to provide or improve our products, services and advertising; it will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
FlyKly shares personal information with companies who provide services such as information processing, extending credit, fulfilling customer orders, delivering products to you, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, assessing your interest in our products and services, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys. These companies are obligated to protect your information and may be located wherever FlyKly operates.
It may be necessary - by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence - for FlyKly to disclose your personal information. FlyKly takes precautions - including administrative, technical, and physical measures - to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
FlyKly online services such as the FlyKly Online Store use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is collected. To make purchases from these services, you must use an SSL-enabled browser such as Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer. Doing so protects the confidentiality of your personal information while it's transmitted over the Internet.
When you use some FlyKly products or services, or post on a FlyKly forum, chat room, or social networking service, the personal information you share is visible to other users and can be read, collected, or used by them. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these instances. For example, if you list your name and email address in a forum posting, that information is public. Please take care when using these features.

You can help ensure that your contact information and preferences are accurate, complete, and up to date by logging in to your account at https://www.flykly.com/customer/account/login/. For other personal information, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access so you can request that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if FlyKly is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law. Access, correction, or deletion requests can be made via contact form.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13 we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
THIRD-PARTY SITES AND SERVICES
FlyKly websites, products, and services may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services. Our products and services may also use or offer products or services from third parties. Information collected by third parties is governed by their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy practices of those third parties.

FLYKLY'S UNSOLICITED IDEA SUBMISSION POLICY
FlyKly or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, original creative artwork, suggestions or other works ("submissions") in any form to FlyKly or any of its employees. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when FlyKly's products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to FlyKly. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still submit them, then regardless of what your letter says, the following terms shall apply to your submissions.
TERMS OF IDEA SUBMISSION
You agree that: (1) your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of FlyKly, without any compensation to you; (2) FlyKly may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for FlyKly to review the submission; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.
FlyKly does, however, welcome your feedback regarding many areas of FlyKly's existing business. If you want to send us your feedback, and we hope you do, we simply request that you send it to us using the form found at http://www.flykly.com/electric-bike/contact, or you can choose from the many other listed areas for your feedback. Please provide only specific feedback on FlyKly's existing products or marketing strategies; do not include any ideas that FlyKly's policy will not permit it to accept or consider. It's just one more way that FlyKly can learn how to best satisfy your needs.
FEEDBACK AND INFORMATION
Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. FlyKly shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
FLYKLY ONLINE AND RETAIL SALES POLICY
Thanks for shopping at FlyKly. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you're at the FlyKly Online Store, in a FlyKly Retail Store, or on the phone with the FlyKly Contact Center. (To make it visually easier on both of us, we'll refer to these entities as the "FlyKly Store" in this policy.)
Your satisfaction with FlyKly products and service is our top priority. We are happy to accept returns and provide full refunds or exchanges. All returned items must be returned in re-sellable condition within 15 business days of receiving them. We do not refund shipping charges. Note that some items are sold with promotional free or discounted shipping. You will be responsible for all original delivery and return shipping fees incurred to transport your returned product.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

FLYKLY AUTHORIZED RESELLER RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Authorized resellers have established their own return and refund policies. When you purchase FlyKly products from our authorized resellers, you must carefully follow their sales and return policies. If the FlyKly Authorized reseller won't accept the FlyKly product return, FlyKly will accept the product return under the following circumstances:
Note: FlyKly recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to FlyKly or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
PRICING AND PRICE REDUCTIONS/CORRECTIONS
With regards to pricing, FlyKly reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the FlyKly Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Should FlyKly reduce its price on any FlyKly-branded product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to visit a FlyKly Retail Store or contact the FlyKly Contact Center at 1-888-777-9095 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact FlyKly within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events (such as Black Friday, and Cyber Monday).
ORDER ACCEPTANCE/CONFIRMATION FOR ONLINE AND CALL CENTER PURCHASES
Once we receive your order, we'll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify FlyKly's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The FlyKly Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If FlyKly cancels an order after you have already been billed, FlyKly will refund the billed amount.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
FlyKly products are shipped in 24h of order received. FlyKly products are delivered in 4-5 business days. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond FlyKly's control once it leaves our facilities, FlyKly cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
