Phillips head screwdriver, needle-nose pliers

REMOVING

1. Unscrew and remove brake lever from control panel left.

2. Remove front brake cable from control panel left.

3. Unscrew and remove steering column housing back.

4. Unscrew and remove headlight frame and headlight.

5. Disconnect headlight from main wire system.

6. Remove front brake cable from front brake (disc) by hand. Note that in the video the front brake (disc) has already been removed from the front wheel, but it is possible to remove the front brake cable while the front brake (disc) is still attached to the front wheel.

7. Remove front brake cable from frame.

ATTACHING

1. Attach front brake cable to front brake (disc).

2. Thread front brake cable along frame.

3. Connect headlight to main wire system.

4. Screw on and fasten headlight frame and headlight.

5. Screw on and fasten steering column housing back.

6. Screw on and fasten front brake cable to control panel left.

7. Screw on and fasten brake lever to control panel left.
